Passionate about making a difference, Erica identified the critical need for financial literacy in under-served communities and communities of color. In response, she founded the More Than Conquerors Financial Program (MTC) - a beacon of hope offering free, practical, and Bible-based financial coaching. MTC empowers lower-income residents in Atlanta and surrounding areas to transcend poverty and embrace financial stability.

In 2007, Erica elevated her commitment, expanding her business to provide comprehensive business development and custom wealth strategies. Her approach, akin to the transformative coaching of Suze Orman, guides individuals from visionary concepts to tangible implementation.

Erica's extensive qualifications include Life Insurance Licenses, Wealth Management, PMP (Project Management Professional), SSGB (Six Sigma Greenbelt), NGA (Negotiation Associate), and Change Management Certification, illustrating her dedication to continuous growth and excellence.

Notably, during the economic crisis of 2008-2012, Erica emerged as a beacon of hope, aiding over fifty families in saving their homes from foreclosure.
